My name Is Dewi. I work as Human Resources manager in Insyirah Bank Syariah. I'm Indonesian. I speak Indonesian, English and Arabic. Last sunday, I got some email from investment advice servise about client . As Human and Resources Development manager I must responsible for all the employees. There is some problems about investment. I told that they can get collaboration with risk management unit. They can take four eye principle facility. I deal with any problem they have. Many people want and interested in high return on their money and they want to see it grow quickly. While our investment facility needs improvement. ok! list investment portfolios then. Each investor has his financial needs, so no portfolio are the same, must elaborate in it consider; 7C System (Character, Capital, Condition of economy, Collateral, Capacity, Covering and Constraints.

In meeting we decided we must get more human resources with high competence and good behaviour. In other word, our bank need top-quality staff with good communication skill. I handle advertisement for new employees and i take care of trainees. To make an adverticement we need to IT employees to design the poster with a detail information and all that we need, we usually create a plan first to more efficient.After that, we also make an evaluation to all employees with DPS(Dewan Pengawas Syariah- in meeting) To make self assessment and rate the employees with a OJK and BI rules. We will combine BI assessment and our assessment in annual report. DPS will evaluate the product and management applied with syariah principle.
